Why us

A European contract, certified delivery in Angola

  • One point of contact in Lisbon. A Portuguese company, within the EU, contracting and invoicing in euros.
  • Delivery by an OCPCA-registered firm. Accounting, tax and payroll in Angola are handled by Segcontas – Consultores e Auditores, Lda (no. E20170046).
  • Published prices. You know up front what the diagnostic and the set-up cost, and what is excluded.
  • Head-office reporting. A monthly report designed for managers who run the business from abroad.

What we do not do

  • We do not give legal opinions: corporate acts and legal matters are handled by Angolan lawyers.
  • We do not audit the companies whose books we keep. If you need an audit, we refer you to an independent auditor.
  • We do not provide accounting services to entities audited by Segcontas.
  • We do not promise timelines that depend on public bodies; we report on the status of every step.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to travel to Angola to incorporate the company?

Not always. The one-stop shop allows online incorporation and accepts representation by a lawyer with a power of attorney. Whether travel is needed depends on the structure and documents; we confirm it in the diagnostic.

What changes with the mandatory certified accountant?

Since 01/01/2026, incorporation at the one-stop shop requires an OCPCA-certified accountant. In Angola Set-up, that accountant is designated from the start.

How long does the set-up take?

Indicatively 6 to 10 weeks, depending mainly on document preparation, authentications and public bodies.

Who invoices the services?

Yokane, in Portugal, invoices the diagnostic and coordination in euros. Depending on the most suitable structure, local services may be invoiced directly to your Angolan subsidiary.

Do you also audit the accounts?

We do not audit accounts we prepare. If you need an audit, we refer you to an independent auditor.

Do you work with South Africa?

The group has a company in South Africa. Requests involving South Africa and Angola are assessed case by case. See The group.
